• Room allocation will be based on accommodation duration of stay. On a first come first serve basis

• Accommodation will be provided in the Sinhgad Campus Hostel.

• Items supplied include: a mattress, pillow and bedsheet, bucket & a mug.

• Please confirm your participation and the number of delegates who will require accommodation as early as possible.

• Bus timings if Buses available will be provided from accommodation to event location will be informed.

• Any damage to the rooms / Hostel property / Beddings will lead to deduction from the security deposit, decided by the organising committee.

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol or narcotics in the college campus /hostel is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will lead to severe action.

• Teams are requested to inform at the ACCOMODATIONS DESK, AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR CHECKING OUT.

Note: Participants may be asked to share their accommodation with the participants of other colleges
